Stress is inevitable in this industrially growing world! All human beings experience stress and the effect of stress on their bodies, mental health and souls as well. As people get overwhelmed with the response of their bodies and mind they need an immediate fix to experience some control of the adverse situations. The outcome of continuous stress is exhausting which leads to an unhealthy lifestyle, poor quality of life and low life expectancy.
The importance of overcoming stressful experiences and improving distress tolerance is to inculcate hope among individuals that they are capable of combating ongoing stress daily. As a result, the population who take this course would be able to feel stronger in managing negative emotions and thoughts that were once difficult in withholding themselves from strongly unproductive actions.
Objective of 'Inspiring Life' stream is to learn the ability to deal with negativities of our life. The courses under this stream adopt psychology tools and Islamic teaching in lecture and practical sessions.
